BEDFORD - The Bedford High School boys and girls track teams started the dual meet season with a win, besting Milford on Thursday. The Bedford girls cruised to a 92.5-51.5 win over the Spartans, while the Bedford boys pulled out a 76-68 win over the Milford boys.
Division III-IV
The Milford High School boys basketball team has won back-t0-back championships on the court against its New Hampshire foes. But how do the Spartans measure up against the rest of the nation in a virtual basketball tournament?
Division I
Seventeen area high school boys basketball players received all-state honors from the NHBCO, including seven who were named to their respective first-teams. Milford coach Dan Murray was selected as the Division II Coach of the Year and two of his players - Mike O'Loughlin and Jamie Holder

Over a dozen local players were selected to the NHBCO girls basketball all-state teams Sunday, including four who were named to the first-team of their respective divisions. Also earning honors was Campbell coach Sean Flynn, who was named the Division III Coach of the Year after leading the Cougars
Division III-IV
The Milford High School boys basketball team defeated Portsmouth 48-42 in the Division II championship game Saturday, completing the season undefeated (22-0).

DURHAM – Not even a half hour after Saturday’s Division II high school boys basketball championship game, and Milford coach Dan Murray was already looking forward to next year.

DURHAM - Mike O'Loughlin scored 18 points and Jamie Holder added 14 to lead the Milford High School boys basketball team to a 48-42 win over Portsmouth in the Division II championship game Saturday afternoon at the University of New Hampshire.

DURHAM – When the Milford High School boys basketball team beat Pelham by 26 points a month ago, the Pythons were without senior Stephen Spirou. The Spartans did their best Wednesday night to make it seem like Spirou was out of the lineup again.

MILFORD - Mike O'Loughlin and Mike Mitchell each scored 17 points and the Milford High School boys basketball team cranked up the pressure on defense to defeated Bedford 64-52 in the Division II quarterfinals Saturday night.
Division I
The Merrimack High School boys hockey team is headed to the Division II final for the first time in program history. Marcus Doucette scored the game-winner with nine minutes left in the game and the No. 1 Tomahawks rallied to beat No. 4 Bow 3-2 Wednesday in the semifinals.
