The Souhegan High School baseball team scored all six runs in the fourth inning to overcome an early deficit and defeat Con-Val, 6-5, on Friday in a Class I game.

Terry Dugdale picked up the win, pitching a complete game and striking out four to go with four walks and seven hits. Dugdale was also 3-for-4 at the plate, and DJ Petropulos (RBI), Matt Schagrin and Kyle Beaulieu each had two hits for Souhegan (3-0).

Con-Val scored three times in the bottom of the first and added another run in the second to lead 4-0. But Souhegan's offense came to life in the top of the fourth.

With one out, Dugdale and Chris Chininis singled, and Dugdale scored on Bobby Graham's bloop single. Tyler Manoogian reached on an errror, and after the second out, Petropulos drove home a run with a single. Nick Hession brought in two more with a two-run single before the inning was over.

Con-Val added a run in the sixth, but the Sabers were able to get out of the inning, aided by Petropulos catching a runner trying to steal third.
