Souhegan field hockey to be featured this fall on 'The Season'

The Souhegan High School field hockey team ended a long championship drought with a Division II title in 2025.

Now, the Sabers return all the pieces to go on another run, and you'll be able to watch them every step of the way, as Souhegan will be featured on the latest edition of The Season.

Started in 2012, The Season is NH-HighSchoolSports.com’s behind-the-scenes look at high school sports in the Granite State. Souhegan will be the 24rd team to be featured, and the third field hockey team, joining Goffstown (2018) and Hollis Brookline (2024). They will also be the fourth team from Souhegan to be featured.

For the first time since 2007, Souhegan ended the year at the top of Division II, winning a championship. With its roster returning almost in its entirety, the Sabers look to hit new highs as they fight for a second title in a row.

New episodes will be posted on Thursdays throughout the fall, starting Sept. 3, on the website and also on our YouTube page.
