Souhegan boys soccer knocks off Oyster River

Josh Anson scored the game's lone goal in the 27th minute Wednesday to lead the Souhegan High School boys soccer team past Oyster River.

Will Facques made three saves to earn the shutout for the Sabers (7-4-1), who had lost their last two games by a score of 1-0.

Liam Conrad made four saves for the Bobcats (9-2), who have dropped two of three since starting the season 8-0.

The game was a rematch of last year's Division II championship game, also won 1-0 by the Sabers.
