Souhegan boys soccer hands ConVal first loss

Erik Richardson scored the only goal the Souhegan High School boys soccer team would need early on and the Sabers added three more in the second half to beat ConVal 4-0 on Friday.

Richardson scored in the ninth minute to put the Sabers (3-1) up early, with Luke Berry getting the assist. Berry scored on a penalty kick in the 64th minute to make it 2-0, and Ali Eweiss and Mason Young also had goals for Souhegan. Reed Larson and Devan Casey each had an assist.

Teigue Young made five saves for the Sabers, while Noah Bell made 10 stops for ConVal (3-1).
