# Portsmouth rallies to beat St. Thomas for D2 baseball crown

The Portsmouth High School baseball team [scored four runs](http://www.fosters.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20110620/GJSPORTS%5F01/706209944/-1/FOSSPORTS03&ref=nh-highschoolsports.com) in the bottom of the sixth inning to overcome a one-run deficit and win its fourth-straight championship Saturday, beating St. Thomas 9-6 in the Division II final.

The No. 1 Clippers, who won their 83rd straight game, went up 5-0 only to see the No. 2 Saints come back to take a 6-5 lead in the fifth inning against Portsmouth's Keegan Taylor.

But Taylor got the lead back in the sixth with a three-run triple that gave Portsmouth the lead for good.
