# Playoff Roundup: Broncos pull off another upset

The Alvirne High School boys basketball team [kept its season alive](http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/sportshighschoolsports/912226-221/broncos-still-busting-d-i-bracket.html?ref=nh-highschoolsports.com) with another upset in the Division I playoffs.

This time No. 3 Manchester Memorial was the victim, falling to the No. 11 Broncos 56-54 in overtime. Alvirne will now face No. 2 Trinity in the semifinals on Tuesday.

Caleb Donnelly led all scorers with 27 points for Alvirne (11-9) while Tony Bealieu added 19 points. Nick Wheaton was the only Memorial player in double figures, scoring 11, as Alvirne was able to hold David Madol to just nine points.

The Broncos will play in the semifinals at 6 p.m. Tuesday at UNH. The winner will face either Bishop Guertin or Manchester Central in the final on March 19.
