Playoff Picture: Girls Volleyball (Sept. 28)

The number of undefeated teams in the state continued to drop this week, as a handful of matchups between top teams took place.

In Division I, Nashua South withstood a tough three-match week, handing Spaulding its first loss to go with wins over Pinkerton and Nashua North. The Red Raiders dropped a second match this week to Salem, but bounced back with a big rivalry win against Dover.

Gilford remained the lone unbeaten team in Division II after its win against St. Thomas this week, while in Division III, Farmington kept its perfect record intact by handing Prospect Mountain its first loss.
