Note: All three girls lacrosse divisions will have eight playoff teams. Standings based off results reported to NHIAA.org and other media outlets. These are not official pairings.
Division I

Tiebreakers
- Bishop Guertin wins the tiebreaker with Merrimack thanks to a head-to-head victory.
Scenarios
- Pinkerton has clinched the No. 1 seed.
- Souhegan has clinched the No. 2 seed.
- Bedford has clinched the No. 3 seed.
- Bishop Guertin clinches the No. 4 seed with a win over Dover. A loss would drop the Cardinals to No. 5 or 6.
- Merrimack clinches the No. 4 seed with a Bishop Guertin loss to Dover. The Tomahawks can finish no lower than No. 5.
- Exeter clinches the No. 5 seed with a win over Winnacunnet and a Bishop Guertin loss to Dover. The Blue Hawks can finish no lower than No. 6.
- Nashua South has clinched the No. 7 seed.
- Londonderry clinches the No. 8 seed with a win over Salem, or with a loss and a loss on Friday by the team that wins Thursday's Nashua North-Concord game.
- The loser of Thursday's Nashua North-Concord game is eliminated. The winner needs to also win its final game Friday and have Londonderry lose to Salem.
