Playoff Picture: Field Hockey (Oct. 18)

(Oct. 18) The final week of the field hockey regular season is here and there is still a lot to be sorted out in all three divisions.

That’s why we will be updating the playoff picture every day this week, to see where each team stands and what is on the line from day to day. Here is where every team is at going into the final week.

Note: For field hockey, Division I will have 12 teams, Division II and III will have 11 teams. Standings based off results reported to NHIAA.org and other media outlets. These are not official standings or pairings.

What we know …

• Keene has clinched the No. 1 seed.
• Dover has clinched the No. 2 seed.
• Exeter will clinch the No. 3 seed with a win against Nashua South. An Exeter loss to South would drop the Blue Hawks to No. 7.
• Pinkerton has clinched a first-round bye. The Astros will be the No. 3 seed with an Exeter loss and the No. 4 seed with an Exeter win or tie.
• Winnacunnet will be either the No. 4 with an Exeter loss or the No. 5 seed with an Exeter win.
• Bedford will be either the No. 5 seed with an Exeter loss or the No. 6 seed with an Exeter win.
• Concord will be either the No. 6 seed with an Exeter loss or the No. 7 seed with an Exeter win.
