# Playoff Picture: Division III & IV Football (Oct. 17)

Here’s a look at what the postseason fields would look like in Division III and IV football, if the playoffs started this week.

## Division III

This season, the top eight teams, based on football rating, make the postseason and are seeded 1-8.

**Playoff field (record, rating)**

1. Monadnock (7-0, 16.0000)
2. Campbell (7-0, 14.2857)
3. Trinity (5-2, 10.2857)
4. Stevens (5-2, 8.8571)
5. Laconia (4-3, 8.5714)
6. Hillsboro-Deering/Hopkinton (4-3, 8.2857)
7. Lebanon (4-3, 7.7143)
8. Somersworth (3-4, 4.8571)

**Outside:** Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough (1-6, 2.5714); Epping-Newmarket (1-6, 1.7143); Kearsarge-Mount Royal (1-6, 1.4286); Newport (0-7, 0.0000).

**Quarterfinals**

- No. 8 Somersworth at No. 1 Monadnock
- No. 5 Laconia at No. 4 Stevens
- No. 7 Lebanon at No. 2 Campbell
- No. 6 Hillsboro-Deering/Hopkinton at No. 3 Trinity

**Games to watch:** Campbell at Monadnock, Friday, 6:30 p.m.; Trinity at Stevens, Friday, 7 p.m.

## Division IV

This season, the top four teams, based on football rating, make the postseason and are seeded 1-4.

1. Winnisquam (5-0, 13.6000)
2. Franklin (5-0, 12.4000)
3. Newfound (4-1, 9.6000)
4. Raymond (2-3, 5.2000)

**Outside:** Fall Mountain (2-3, 4.4000); Bishop Brady (1-4, 2.4000); Mascoma Valley (1-4, 2.0000); Farmington-Nute (0-5, 0.0000).

**Semifinals**

- No. 4 Raymond at No. 1 Winnisquam
- No. 3 Newfound at No. 2 Franklin
