Note: With the NHIAA’s new 70-percent rule in place for the postseason, Division III boys hockey will have nine playoff teams. Standings based off results reported to NHIAA.org.

Top four seeds
- No. 1 Kennett: Clinches the No. 1 seed with a win. A loss would drop the Eagles behind the winner of Somersworth-Coe-Brown and Berlin-Gorham, and Belmont-Gilford, if it beats Laconia-Winnisquam.
- No. 2 Belmont-Gilford: Is the No. 2 seed with a win. Could move up to No. 1 with a win and a Kennett loss.
- No. 3 Berlin-Gorham: Can finish no lower than fourth. Would be the No. 1 seed with a win and losses by Kennett and Belmont-Gilford.
- No. 4 Somersworth-Coe-Brown: Can finish no lower than fourth. Would be the No. 1 seed with a win and losses by Kennett and Belmont-Gilford.
