Playoff Picture: Division I football

Four of the eight spots in the conference championship games have been clinched, and three more could be after this week's games. Here's a look at where every team stands, how they might be able to get into the postseason and some important games down the stretch in Division I.
East Conference
- Exeter (5-2, 9.71)
- Portsmouth (5-2, 10.00)
- Spaulding (2-5, 3.14)
- Winnacunnet (1-6, 1.71)
- Dover (0-7, 0.00)
If the conference title game was this week: Portsmouth at Exeter. Although Portsmouth has the better rating, the game would be played at Exeter thanks to the head-to-head tiebreaker.
Clinched: Exeter and Portsmouth have locked up a spot in the conference championship game, location still to be determined.
Eliminated: Spaulding, Winnacunnet, Dover.
North Conference
- Bedford (7-0, 16.57)
- Manchester Memorial (5-2, 9.71)
- Concord (5-2, 9.14)
- Goffstown (3-4, 6.28)
- Manchester Central (2-5, 3.71)
If the conference title game was this week: Manchester Memorial at Bedford. The two teams met in Manchester in Week 1, with Bedford wining 41-7.
Clinched: Bedford has wrapped up a spot in the title game and will host it.
Can clinch this week if: Bedford is already in and hosting the game. Memorial would join the Bulldogs with a win at Exeter, and a loss by Concord against Portsmouth. Memorial holds the head-to-head tiebreaker with Concord. Goffstown needs to win its two final games, and have both Memorial and Concord lose out, and would need to have a better rating than the two.
Eliminated: Manchester Central.
South Conference
- Pinkerton (7-0, 16.28)
- Salem (6-1, 12.28)
- Londonderry (6-1, 11.71)
- Merrimack (2-5, 3.14)
- Timberlane (2-5, 3.14)
If the conference title game was this week: Salem at Pinkerton. Salem gets the nod for now because it has a better rating than Londonderry.
Clinched: Pinkerton has a spot in the title game and will host it.
Can clinch this week if: Neither Salem nor Londonderry can clinch the other spot in the title game this week. Regardless of what happens this week - Salem plays at Nashua North, Londonderry hosts Nashua South - that final spot will come down to the regular-season finale between the Blue Devils and Lancers, which will be played in Salem.
Eliminated: Merrimack, Timberlane.
West Conference
- Alvirne (4-3, 8.00)
- Nashua South (4-3, 7.42)
- Bishop Guertin (2-5, 3.42)
- Nashua North (2-5, 4.00)
- Keene (0-7, 0.00)
If the conference title game was this week: Nashua South at Alvirne. The Broncos get to host the game thanks to the head-to-head tiebreaker.
Clinched: None.
Can clinch this week if: Alvirne would not only clinch a spot with a win over Bishop Guertin this week, but would eliminate the Cardinals in the process. South would also clinch a spot with a win over Londonderry. Bishop Guertin still has a chance to clinch a spot, but needs to beat Alvirne and South in the final two games, and have one or both lose out.
Eliminated: Nashua North, Keene.
