Playoff Picture: Division I girls hockey (Jan. 30)

It’s a little more than four weeks until the start of the Division I girls hockey postseason in New Hampshire, so here is a look at where each team stands and who is in and who is out in all four divisions.

Note: With the NHIAA’s new 70-percent rule in place for the postseason, Division I will have nine playoff teams. Standings based off results reported to NHIAA.org.

Tiebreakers

• Berlin-Gorham wins the tiebreaker with Concord thanks to a head-to-head victory over the Crimson Tide.
• Oyster River-Portsmouth wins the tiebreaker with Bishop Brady-Trinity-West thanks to a head-to-head victory.
• Lebanon-Stevens win the tiebreaker with Souhegan thanks to a head-to-head victory.

Rising: Bishop Guertin picked up two wins, including handing Exeter its first loss, and the Cardinals moved up two spots to fifth.

Falling: Bishop Brady-Trinity-West played just once last week, but that loss to Exeter helped drop it down to seven in the standings. Two weeks ago, it was in third.
