Note: With the NHIAA’s new 70-percent rule in place for the postseason, Division I will have nine playoff teams. Standings based off results reported to NHIAA.org.

Tiebreakers
- Lebanon-Stevens wins the three-way tiebreaker with Souhegan and Keene thanks to a better rating against tournament teams. Souhegan then wins the tiebreaker with Keene for the final spot thanks to a win over higher seeded team.
