It's a little more than six weeks until the start of the boys and girls hockey postseason in New Hampshire, so here is a look at where each team stands and who is in and who is out in all four divisions. It's a little more than six weeks until the start of the boys and girls hockey postseason in New Hampshire, so here is a look at where each team stands and who is in and who is out in all four divisions.

Note: With the NHIAA's new 70-percent rule in place for the postseason, Division I boys and girls hockey will have nine playoff teams, Division II will have 10 and Division III will have eight. Standings based off results reported to NHIAA.org.

Division I

Rising: Hanover has won four in a row, and six of seven, to climb up the standings. That streak includes a 3-2 win over Bishop Guertin on Saturday.

Falling: After starting the year 3-0, Salem has gone 1-2-2 in its last five games, including a 3-3 tie against Trinity.

Tiebreakers

  • Hanover holds the head-to-head tiebreaker with Bishop Guertin.

First-round game

  • No. 9 Exeter at No. 8 Manchester Central

  • Exeter/Central winner at No. 1 Bedford

Rising: Portsmouth-Newmarket has won two of its last three - including a win Saturday against Lebanon-Stevens - to move into a playoff spot.

Falling: Lebanon-Stevens lost three in a row, including that loss Saturday, to fall out of the playoff field.

Tiebreakers

  • Spaulding wins the three-way tiebreaker with St. Thomas and Portsmouth-Newmarket thanks to a better record against tournament teams. Portsmouth-Newmarket then wins the tiebreaker with St. Thomas for quality of wins against tournament teams.

Rising: Pembroke-Campbell jumped two spots in the standings after winning three in a row and four of its last five games.

Falling: Hollis Brookline-Derryfield has had a streaky year - the Warriors opened the year with three straight loss, then won three in a row. HBDS is no on a three-game losing streak.

Tiebreakers

  • Kennett holds the tiebreaker over Berlin-Gorham thanks to a head-to-head win.

  • No. 8 Hollis Brookline-Derryfield at No. 1 Kennett
  • No. 5 John Stark-Hopkinton at No. 4 Belmont-Gilford
