The Astros scored four times in the third quarter to break a 4-4 game at halftime and didn't give up a goal over the game's final 15-plus minutes.
Todd Billetter led Pinkerton (9-3) with five goals while Jack Hanaway had a goal and two assists. Mason Barchard, Reese Popkin and Nick Sturgess also scored for the Astros, while Nick Richard had 10 saves.
Souhegan (9-2) got two goals each from Trevor Barrett and Joe Nutting while Brendan Cray had a goal and an assist. Alex Burnley made 11 saves.
