Jake Lisauskas had a goal and four assists for the Astros (9-1) while Josh Gallant, Brendan Megan (assist) and Evan Sweeney also had three goals apiece. Kenny Sturgess made 11 saves in goal for Pinkerton, which led 6-2 at halftime.
Bishop Guertin (8-3) got four goals from Dom St. Laurent, three of which came in the third quarter to help the Cardinals tie the game at 6.
But after Bishop Guertin tied it, Pinkerton went on a 5-0 run in the final 4:13 of the third to go up 11-6. The Cardinals again rallied, making it an 11-10 game with 5:41 to play, but the Astros scored twice in a 38-second span to go back up by three.
John Miller also had three goals for Bishop Guertin while Tom Hurley added two.
