# Peterson's goal gives Souhegan boys soccer win over Manchester West

Souhegan goalie Brendan Dix made three saves in a shutout win over Manchester West.

Ryan Peterson scored in the 19th minute and that was the only goal needed by the Souhegan High School boys soccer team in a 1-0 win over Manchester West on Friday.

Ben Pham assisted on Peterson's goal as the Sabers improved to 4-3 in Division II, while West falls to 1-6.

Brendan Dix made three saves for Souhegan while Reed Larson made several tackles along the back line, breaking up a number of West's scoring chances. Sam Leedy and Kyle Richardson also played well on defense.

Greg Andrews made six saves for West.
