Pair from Souhegan among New Hampshire's girls lacrosse All-Americans

Two players from the Souhegan High School girls lacrosse team received All-American honors from U.S. Lacrosse, with a total of nine players in all earning recognition.

Souhegan's Madison Learned was one of four named to the first team from New Hampshire, along with Hannah Seibel, of Hanover; Madison Crutchfield, from St. Paul's School; and Dempsey Arsenault, from New Hampton School.

Mickenzie Larivee, also from Souhegan, was named honorable mention, after earning first-team status a year ago.

Kimberly Arkell, of Exeter, was also named honorable mention for the second straight year, while Pinkerton's Maggie McCarthy and Caroline Zaffino, from St. Paul's, also received honorable mention status. Portsmouth's Michaela Sulley was the winner of the Jackie Pitts Award.
