New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center/NHHSSports Field Hockey Coaches Poll gets a shake up, but top 2 remain same
Pinkerton, Winnacunnet hang on to the top spots while the rest of the top 10 gets a shuffle.
While a majority of the teams in the New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center/NHHSSports Field Hockey Coaches Poll were shuffling around the top 10, Pinkerton and Winnacunnet stayed right where they were.
Both the Astros and the Warriors tightened their grip on the top two spots, with Pinkerton coming in at No. 1 with seven first-place votes and Winnacunnet right behind at No. 2 with four-place votes. The teams have been in those spots all season.
Keene and Souhegan traded places before their game on Monday, with the Blackbirds moving up to No. 3 and the Sabers slipping a spot to No. 4. Londonderry held its ground to round out the top five.
Bow moved up a spot to come in at No. 6, trading places with Dover, which took the seventh spot in the poll. Bedford remained at No. 8 for the second week in a row.
Hanover moved into the top 10 for the first time this season, coming in at No. 9, while Bishop Guertin dropped a spot to round out the poll.

The coaches poll is voted on by field hockey coaches from around the state and members of the media. The poll will be updated every Monday throughout the regular season.
