Here are our choices for Player of the Year and Coach of the Year from all three football divisions.

### Division I

**Player of the Year:** Sean Holland, Nashua South

A three-year starter at quarterback for the Panthers, Holland was a threat with his arm and his legs, as he accumulated almost 3,500 yards of offense this season as South went 8-3 and won the West Conference. The senior completed 66 percent of his passes for 2,524 yards with 24 touchdown passes and nine interceptions, and also ran for 968, averaging 7.3 yards per carry, with 10 touchdowns. For his career, Holland had a combined 8,521 yards and 91 total touchdowns.

**Coach of the Year:** Ron Auffant, Winnacunnet

While the offense turned in all the highlights in the Warriors' win in the Division I title game, the defense is what led Winnacunnet to a perfect season. Going into the year, Auffant and his crew simplified the game plan for the Warriors' defense and found ways to get the most out of a solid unit.

### Division II

**Player of the Year:** Tim Bouchard, St. Thomas

Bouchard did a lot of everything for the Saints this season, accounting for 18 touchdowns and accumulating almost 1,600 total yards. The senior had 876 yards rushing and 11 touchdowns while also grabbing 28 passes for 579 yards and five more scores. On defense, Bouchard had 38 tackles, picked off four passes, forced a fumble and recovered two more, and scored a touchdown, while he also had 123 yards and a touchdown on three kick returns, as St. Thomas went 8-2 and reached the semifinals.

**Coach of the Year:** Paul Cohen, Bow

For the second year in a row, Cohen guided the Falcons from a lower seed in the playoffs all the way to the championship game. While last year's run was remarkable, the 2017 season might have been more so, as Bow needed a win in the final regular-season game to get in the playoffs. Once there, as the eight seed, the Falcons knocked off two undefeated teams - No. 1 Windham, No. 4 Hanover - to reach the title game.

### Division III

**Player of the Year:** Keegan Mills, Campbell

The sophomore was part of a two-headed backfield monster for the Cougars, teaming with Ryan Yanuszweski to give Campbell two 1,000-yard rushers this season. While Mills didn't put up as many yards or touchdown during the regular season as Yanuszewski, he was also the team's leading tackler on defense, and was huge in the championship game, recording 18 tackles on defense and scoring both touchdowns.

**Co-coaches of the Year:** Ryan Avery, Monadnock; Greg Gush, Campbell

Both coaches got their teams to the championship game in different ways. Avery, in his first year as the Huskies head coach, had a roster of just 25 players, but managed things the right way to have Monadnock at full strength throughout the season. Meanwhile, Gush and his coaching staff transitioned to a new offensive formation - the single wing - just a few months before the season, and ran it flawlessly. And when the Cougars needed to make a switch in the title game, they did just what they needed to to win a title.
