LONDONDERRY - The Londonderry High School boys lacrosse team scored 10 straight goals in the first half Thursday and held on for a 16-9 win over Nashua South.

The Lancers (12-4) broke a 1-1 tie with 8:11 left in the first quarter and outscored the Panthers (7-8) 10-0 over the next 17 minutes.
Max Hastings led Londonderry with four goals and two assists and Dave Wiedenfield also scored four goals as the Lancers won their eighth-straight game. John Derhak also had three goals.
South got four goals and an assist from Steve Saucier while Colin Morrow added three goals. The Panthers got within five goals in the fourth quarter, but couldn't get any closer.
After starting the season 2-3, Londonderry has won 10 of its last 11 games and has averaged 18 goals per game during its winning streak.
