Max Jacques set a rushing record and New Hampshire extended its winning streak over Vermont to 11 with a 45-21 win in the Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl Saturday at Windsor (Vt.) High School.

Jacques, a Salem graduate, rushed for 265 yards and three touchdowns, breaking the [previous record of 206 yards](http://www.nhfootballreport.com/2011/08/new%5Fhampshire%5Fgets%5Fthe%5Fbest%5Fof.html?ref=nh-highschoolsports.com) set by Plymouth's Mike Boyle in 2004\. Bishop Guertin's Mike Kelly also had a 66-yard touchdown reception from Winnacunnet quarterback Stephen Cronan. Kelly finished with a 137 total yards on offense while the New Hampshire defense intercepted Vermont's Christian McCormick four times.
