The Manchester Central boys basketball team is the Division I champion, but will any of the Little Green be crowned the King?

The season may be over, but there are more high school basketball awards to hand out. For the third year in a row.NH-HighSchoolSports.com will join in in deciding both a boys and girls basketball Player of the Year.

On March 21, 12 finalists – six boys, six girls – will be revealed, with the players of the year – the King and Queen of New Hampshire High School Basketball – being announced on March 22 on the New Hampshire High School Sports Show on WGIR AM 610, and 96.7 “The Wave” on the Seacoast, from 8-9 a.m.

The finalists, and winners, have been chosen by a panel of 13 media members from around the state, all of whom have covered high school basketball for print, radio or internet outlets this season.
