H/B girls bounce back with win over Central

Hanna Mazzola scored four goals and assisted on another as the Hollis/Brookline High School girls lacrosse team defeated Manchester Central 14-6 in a Division I game.

Mazzola had three of her four goals in the first half, as the Cavaliers (2-2) overcame an early 2-0 deficit and led 7-3 at halftime.

Caitlin Sweeney had two goals and an assist and Julie Worthern also scored twice as the Cavs outscored the Little Green (0-3) 7-3 in both halves.

Katie O'Hara also added a goal and two assists while Jen Naylor and Leda Kennedy each had a goal and a helper. Katie Tighe, Nina Hawxhurst and Amanda Salamone also had a goal each. Erin Turner made 10 saves in net.
