PORTSMOUTH - Demitrius Tsakiris ran for two touchdowns to help lead the Portsmouth-Oyster River football team to a 28-21 win Friday night over Nashua North.

Tsakiris had 132 yards rushing to go with the two scores, including the game-winning touchdown with 2:45 remaining. Tommy Allen also had a rushing score and 71 yards on the ground and Kevin White had four catches for 56 yards and a score and ran for 51 yards.

Louis Pappas, who was making his second start at quarterback in place of injured starter Reece Green, completed 7 of 8 passes for 85 yards and a touchdown for the ClipperCats (4-1 in D1, 4-2 overall, No. 7 in the New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center/NHHSSports Coaches Poll).

Xavier Maldonado led the Titans (3-3) with 92 yards rushing and two touchdowns and caught five passes for another 45 yards. Brady O'Connor was 10 of 18 passing for 127 yards and a touchdown to Josh Sullivan, who caught two passes for 28 yards, while Yandel Velazquez caught three passes for 54 yards.

Nashua South 46, Goffstown 12

The Panthers scored 46 straight points after falling behind early to get the win over the Grizzlies.

Eric Baker ran for 174 yards and a toichdown on 13 carries and he returned an interception for another score on defense for South (2-3 in D1, 2-4 overall).

Luke Graven was 7 of 10 passing for 100 yards with two touchdowns and an interception and also ran for 48 yards and a score. Shawn Burrus and Cooper Vailancourt caught touchdown passes for 27 and 24 yards, respectively.

Justin Fish (98 yards rushing) and Jacob Tripp (21) also had rushing touchdowns, while Fish also caught three passes for 30 yards.

Bedford 42, Keene 14

Brycen D'Urso scored two touchdowns in the final two-plus minutes of the first half and the Bulldogs pulled away for a win over the Blackbirds.

D'Urso scored on runs of 19 and 28 yards, respectively, to give Bedford a 28-14 lead at the break, and the senior finished with 94 yards rushing.

Camden Santos added 100 yards on 14 carries with three rushing touchdowns for the Bulldogs (3-2, 3-3) while Drew Bennett ran for 74 yards and a score. As a team, Bedford ran for 343 yards.

Keene's Kayden McDaniels returned a fumble 51 yards for a touchdown to start the scoring, and after Bedford went in front 14-6, Favian Gostyla returned the kickoff 80 yards for a score. Griffin Yardley's two-point conversion made it 14-14 with 3:37 left until halftime.

Whitman Conboy was 11 of 20 passing for 59 yards with Seth Clark catching three passes for 25 yards.

Manchester Memorial 31, No. 5 Winnacunnet 25

Gabe Felch had two rushing touchdowns, including the game-winning score in overtime, as the Crusaders rallied from a 25-8 deficit to beat the Warriors.

Cam Beaulieu and Jathyen Torres added a rushing touchdown each for Memorial (3-3) and Moses White kicked a field goal to force overtime.

Ryder Thurlow had 145 yards and three touchdowns rushing to lead Winnacunnet (4-2) while Brian McCown caught a touchdown pass from Jaxon McDonald and had an interception on defense.

No. 1 Bishop Guertin 41, Salem 27

The Cardinals trailed 20-7 and 27-14 before rallying before halftime and shutting out the Blue Devils in the second half for the win.

Nate Bowen was 22 of 28 passing for 349 yards with three touchdowns and an interception and the senior also had 75 yards rushing and a touchdown.

Will Adams added 173 yards and a score on the ground while Logan Curran had 61 yards rushing and a touchdown. Jake Bowen (10 catches, 168 yards), Rocco Roy (five, 59) and Xavier Johnson (two, 23) each caught a touchdown passes while Deion Sissay had three catches for 86 yards.

No. 3 Windham 35, Merrimack 8

The Jaguars jumped out to a 27-0 lead in the first half and cruised to a win over the Tomahawks.

Mike Brearley had 75 yards and two touchdown on the ground while Jackson Wright had 92 yards rushing and a touchdown and completed 9 of 13 passes for 120 yards with two touchdowns and an interception.

Sam Roidoullis and Jonny Brearley each had a touchdown reception for Windham (5-1) while Brooks Batson had five tackles and two sacks on defense.

Division II

Pelham 35, Manchester West 24

Luke Draper ran for 177 yards and had three touchdowns to lead the Pythons to a win over the Blue Knights.

Noah Johnson added 139 yards on the ground while Kevin Clifton was 7 of 10 passing for 60 yards and a touchdown, connecting with Paul Kirkpatrick (two catches, 27 yards).

Johnson added an interception return for a touchdown on defense while Kirkpatrick, Ben Maslanek and Nick Landry played well defensively.

Kingston Greene had 157 yards and a touchdown rushing and had three two-point conversions for the Blue Knights. Manny Mendoza was 6 of 9 passing for 61 yards with a touchdown and an interception while Drake Oquendo-Koeut also threw a 22-yard touchdown pass to Rondel Voge.

Chris Abreu had three catches for 30 yards and a touchdown for West (4-2).

St. Thomas 37, Trinity 20

Brady McDonald threw three touchdowns to help the Saints get the win over the Pioneers.

McDonald was 14 of 16 passing for 216 yards, with touchdown passes to Brady White (three catches, 41 yards), Josh Kupka (two, 36) and Evan Reyes (two, 34). Kupka added 137 yards and a touchdown rushing and Brandon Skowron ran for 74 yards and a score.

Parker Hamel led the defense with 11 tackles while Deacon Zaino and Skowron had nine tackles each and Jackson Rodriguez and Kupka each had eight. Bo Kessler had a sack and two tackles for loss and Garrett Jackson had an interception.

Kennett 34, Bow 6

Cooper Coleman had over two hundred yards of offense to help the Eagles roll to a win over the Falcons.

Coleman ran for 158 yards and three touchdowns and caught three passes for 73 yards and another score for Kennett (3-3).

Colin Smith added 91 yards and a touchdown rushing while Bowen Brown was 11 of 22 passes for 145 yards and a touchdown and Marquis Twomey had four catches for 71 yards.

Jackson Garland had nine tackles to lead the defense while Nolan Needham had seven and Emerick Culevur had six.

Merrimack Valley 28, Kingswood 13

Jubal Tubbs ran for 68 yards and two touchdowns to help lead the Pride (6-0) to a win over the Knights.

Nolan Chominski was 13 of 29 passing for 146 yards with a twouchdown and two interceptions for Kingswoond (3-3), with Ewan Nicoll catching three passes for 77 yards and a score.

Dean Porter added 33 yards rushing and a touchdown.
