Here’s a look at how the Division III boys lacrosse season might play out in 2015.

Pelham (last year: 8-8): With Derryfield and Hollis Brookline moving up, the Pythons take the torch as this year's team to beat. Pelham has 14 seniors returning, including attack Luke Tracy, defenseman Mike Calistro and goalie Collin Duffmarsh, all of whom earned all-state honors a year ago.

Hopkinton (last year: 6-9): The Hawks are a year removed from a championship game appearance, and could get back behind all-state performers Robbie Ferguson and James McCluskey, and fellow senior Evan Ruderman.
Trinity (last year: 13-3): The Pioneers lost to just two teams a year ago - Derryfield twice and ConVal in the quarterfinals. Trinity has all-state performers in senior Will Towner and junior Will Sheppard back to lead the way.
Plymouth (last year: 16-1): The Bobcats lost some key players to graduation, including first-teamers Jared Kuehl and Kyle Reisert. But Plymouth does have attack Connor Nolan returning, a second-team all-state player a year ago.
ConVal (last year: 13-4): A semifinalist a year ago, the Cougars should be in the mix again, with attack Isaiah Taylor, a first-team all-state selection, back for ConVal.

Laconia (last year: 9-7): The Sachems were knocked out in the quarterfinals by Derryfield last year. Laconia has back two solid juniors in Kyle Chiasson and Brendan Mooney.
Bishop Brady (last year: 6-9): The Giants were a young team last year, with nine freshmen on the roster. Bishop Brady will be led this year by sophomores Chris Carmichael and Aidan Plumpton, who were both second-team selections last year.

The rest: Campbell, Coe-Brown, Gilford, Kearsarge, Lebanon, Manchester West, Monadnock, Stevens.
