Disco sets records, Sabers swim to second

Andy Disco had a hand in two state records and the Souhegan High School boys swim team finished second at the Division II championship meet at the University of New Hampshire on Saturday.

Oyster River won its fourth straight title with 285 points and the Sabers were second with 186. Milford took sixth and Hollis/Brookline was seventh.

Lebanon won the girls title with 226 points, finishing ahead of Oyster River (188), St. Thomas (174) and Souhegan (166). H/B finished sixth.

Disco set a record in the 100 breaststroke and teamed with Eric Howard, Robert Graham and Jamie Lutze to set another state record in the 200 medley relay. Disco also won the 50 freestyle.
