ConVal boys soccer comes back to beat Souhegan
The ConVal High School boys soccer team scored two goals late in the second half to beat Souhegan 2-1 on Friday.
Max Sturges scored in the 67th minute to tie the game for the Cougars, and Nile Hertzler put in the game-winner on a penalty kick in the 76th minute. Noah Bell made seven saves for ConVal (3-0).
Souhegan (2-1) got its lone goal in the 34th minute from Jacob Hopfenspirger, with an assist going to Cam Watson. Will Facques made five saves.
