Cavs lose to Blue Hawks, drop second straight

Erica Estey scored six goals to help lead the Exeter High School girls lacrosse team to a 13-9 win over Hollis/Brookline Friday.

The Cavaliers scored less than a minute into the game, but trailed by four at halftime to fall to 6-4 in Division I this season.

Katie O’Hara and Nina Hawxhurst each had two goals to lead H/B, while Hanna Mazzola had a goal and two assists. Caitlin Sweeney had a goal and an assist and Julie Worthern, Jen Naylor and Shannon Lavery also scored.

The Cavs return to action Tuesday against undefeated Londonderry at 4 p.m. at Rivier College in Nashua.
