The Bishop Guertin High School girls volleyball team dropped a tough match to Salem in five sets, falling 25-22, 20-25, 25-18, 22-25 and 15-6.
Natalie Wingate led the Cardinals with 14 kills and five aces while Elizabeth Noyes added 10 kills. Tiffany Stanton also had 10 digs for Bishop Guertin, which is now 2-1 in Division I.
The Cardinals will host Keene on Wednesday.
