Bulldogs, Sabers, Cavaliers put five each on D3 football first team

Five high school football players each from Souhegan, Bedford and Hollis/Brookline received Division III first-team all-state honors.

The Sabers had the most receive all-state honors, with 16 players named to the team; Bedford was second with 14 players and H/B had 12.

Division-champion Portsmouth also had five players named to the first team, while Milford had two receive first-team honors.
