Schedules are subject to change. ## Week 1 ### South/West Cluster - **Salem at Nashua South, Friday, Sept. 1, 7 p.m.:** Much like last year's Merrimack-Bedford season-opener, this game should draw some early buzz, with Salem and South both looking like contenders. - Nashua North at Timberlane, Friday, Sept. 1, 6:30 p.m. - **Pinkerton at Alvirne, Friday, Sept. 1, 7 p.m.:** Tarek Rothe opens his first season as Alvirne head coach at home against Pinkerton. - **Merrimack at Keene, Friday, Sept. 1, 7 p.m.:** And Keene's Bob Hope will also make his debut as the Blackbirds' head coach at home against Merrimack. - Londonderry at Bishop Guertin, Saturday, Sept. 2, 6 p.m. ### North/East Cluster - **Manchester Memorial at Bedford, Friday, Sept. 1, 7 p.m.:** The defending champion Bulldogs begin their title defense against a Memorial team they've beaten by an average of 43 points in four meetings. - Dover at Winnacunnet, Friday, Sept. 1, 7 p.m. - Spaulding at Portsmouth, Friday, Sept. 1, 7 p.m. - **Manchester Central at Exeter, Friday, Sept. 1, 7 p.m.:** A crossover game between two teams with high expectations that could have big implications on playoff seeding. - Concord at Goffstown, Saturday, Sept. 2, 1:30 p.m. ## Week 2 ### South/West Cluster - **Nashua South at Pinkerton, Friday, Sept. 8, 7 p.m.:** The Panthers travel to the site of their last championship win in 2008, which also is the last time South has beaten Pinkerton. - Alvirne at Nashua North, Friday, Sept. 8, 7 p.m. - **Londonderry at Timberlane, Friday, Sept. 8, 6:30 p.m.:** The Owls won just two games last year, but one of those was a 14-12 win over the Lancers in the finale last year. Timberlane has won two straight against Londonderry. - Keene at Salem, Friday, Sept. 8, 7 p.m. - **Bishop Guertin at Merrimack, Friday, Sept. 8, 7 p.m.:** When these teams met in 2014, the Tomahawks beat the Cardinals for the first time since 2000. ### North/East Cluster - **Goffstown at Dover, Friday, Sept. 8, 7 p.m.:** Two teams with playoff expectations, this game could go a long way toward seeding and tiebreakers at the end of the season. - **Portsmouth at Bedford, Friday, Sept. 8, 7 p.m.:** The Clippers are 5-2 all-time against the Bulldogs, but Bedford has won the only meeting as Division I teams back in 2014. - Winnacunnet at Concord, Friday, Sept. 8, 7 p.m. - Exeter at Spaulding, Friday, Sept. 8, 7 p.m. - **Manchester Central at Manchester Memorial, Saturday, Sept. 9, 2 p.m.:** The Little Green have won four of the last seven meetings, including last year's fourth-quarter comeback against the Crusaders. ## Week 3 ### South/West Cluster - Alvirne at Keene, Friday, Sept. 15, 7 p.m. - Nashua North at Londonderry, Friday, Sept. 15, 7 p.m. - **Nashua South at Merrimack, Friday, Sept. 15, 7 p.m.:** The first meeting between Panthers coach Scott Knight and Tomahawks coach Kip Jackson, who was an assistant at South before taking the Merrimack job in 2015. - **Pinkerton at Salem, Saturday, Sept. 16, 2 p.m.:** The Blue Devils will look for their second straight win against the Astros, as Salem beat Pinkerton for the first time since 2009 last season. - Timberlane at Bishop Guertin, Saturday, Sept. 16, 7 p.m. ### North/East Cluster - **Goffstown at Exeter, Friday, Sept. 15, 7 p.m.:** These teams have played twice as Division I opponents, and the Grizzlies have won both games, including the 2015 championship game. - Spaulding at Manchester Central, Friday, Sept. 15, 7 p.m. - Manchester Memorial at Portsmouth, Friday, Sept. 15, 7 p.m. - **Bedford at Winnacunnet, Friday, Sept. 15, 7 p.m.:** A rematch of the 2012 Division II championship game, won by Winnacunnet. The Warriors have won two of three meetings all-time. - Dover at Concord, Friday, Sept. 15, 7 p.m. ## Week 4 ### South/West Cluster - **Nashua South at Nashua North, Friday, Sept. 22, 7 p.m.:** The first of two scheduled meetings between the Gate City rivals. The teams split last year, giving the Panthers a 9-3 record against the Titans in the last 12 meetings. - **Londonderry at Pinkerton, Friday, Sept. 22, 7 p.m.:** Another big rivalry game, the Astros have dominated, winning 17 in a row against the Lancers. Londonderry hasn't beaten its Mac Plaque rival since 2003. - Salem at Timberlane, Friday, Sept. 22, 6:30 p.m. - Merrimack at Alvirne, Friday, Sept. 22, 7 p.m. - Keene at Bishop Guertin, Saturday, Sept. 23, 7 p.m. ### North/East Cluster - **Concord at Manchester Central, Friday, Sept. 22, 7 p.m.:** Central has won seven of the last 10 against Concord, including two in a row. - Bedford at Spaulding, Friday, Sept. 22, 7 p.m. - Dover at Manchester Memorial, Friday, Sept. 22, 7 p.m. - Portsmouth at Goffstown, Saturday, Sept. 23, 1:30 p.m. - **Winnacunnet at Exeter, Saturday, Sept. 23, 2:30 p.m.:** One of the best rivalries in the state, regardless of sport, the Blue Hawks have won four in a row against the Warriors by an average of 4.3 points. Four of the last five meetings have been decided by three points or less. ## Week 5 ### South/West Cluster - **Nashua North at Merrimack, Friday, Sept. 29, 7 p.m.:** North coach Dante Laurendi faces his former team for the first time since moving from the Tomahawks to the Titans in 2015. - Londonderry at Keene, Friday, Sept. 29, 7 p.m. - **Bishop Guertin at Pinkerton, Friday, Sept. 29, 7 p.m.:** The Astros have won the last four meetings with the Cardinals, including two wins during Pinkerton's championship season in 2014. - Timberlane at Nashua South, Friday, Sept. 29, 7 p.m. - Alvirne at Salem, Friday, Sept. 29, 7 p.m. ### North/East Cluster - **Spaulding at Dover, Friday, Sept. 29, 7 p.m.:** The oldest rivalry in the state, these two schools first played each other in football in 1906\. Dover's win last year gives it an 67-46-6 edge all-time. - Goffstown at Winnacunnet, Friday, Sept. 29\. 7 p.m. - Manchester Memorial at Concord, Friday, Sept. 29, 7 p.m. - Manchester Central at Portsmouth, Saturday, Sept. 30, 1:30 p.m. - **Exeter at Bedford, Saturday, Sept. 30, 6:30 p.m.:** The Bulldogs have won all three meetings with the Blue Hawks, including last year's Division I championship game. ## Week 6 ### South/West Cluster - Nashua South at Alvirne, Friday, Oct. 6, 7 p.m. - **Pinkerton at Nashua North, Friday, Oct. 6, 7 p.m.:** Since these teams played in the 2010 Division I title game, Pinkerton has won all three meetings by an average of 44.3 points. - **Merrimack at Londonderry, Friday, Oct. 6, 7 p.m.:** This season marks the 30th anniversary of Merrimack's last championship team, which beat Londonderry 27-13 in the Division II title game. - Keene at Timberlane, Friday, Oct. 6, 6:30 p.m. - **Salem at Bishop Guertin, Saturday, Oct. 7, 7 p.m.:** The Blue Devils won 34-16 the last time these teams met in 2014\. That game helped lead to changes to the division playoff structure, as Salem went 7-2 and missed the playoffs, while Bishop Guertin was 4-5 and got in. ### North/East Cluster - Manchester Central at Dover, Friday, Oct. 6, 7 p.m. - **Exeter at Portsmouth, Friday, Oct. 6, 7 p.m.:** The Clippers handed the Blue Hawks their only loss in the regular season last year, winning 21-14 in Exeter. - Winnacunnet at Manchester Memorial, Friday, Oct. 6, 7 p.m. - Concord at Spaulding, Friday, Oct. 6, 7 p.m. - **Bedford at Goffstown, Saturday, Oct. 7, 1:30 p.m.:** The Grizzlies have won five of the nine meetings with the Bulldogs, with five of those games decided by seven points or less. ## Week 7 ### South/West Cluster - **Nashua North at Bishop Guertin, Friday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m.:** These teams met twice last season, with the Titans offense running all over the Cardinals in both games. Those two wins gave North a 3-2 advantage in the all-time series. - Alvirne at Londonderry, Friday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m. - **Merrimack at Salem, Friday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m.:** A game that could have a big impact on the postseason, the Tomahawks blew last year's meeting open in the second half on the way to a 39-20 win. - Timberlane at Pinkerton, Friday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m. - Nashua South at Keene, Saturday, Oct. 14, 1 p.m. ### North/East Cluster - Dover at Exeter, Friday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m. - **Goffstown at Manchester Central, Friday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m.:** Since Goffstown moved up to Division I, these teams have split four games, with Central winning the first two by one point each. The Grizzlies have won the last two by an average of four touchdowns. - Portsmouth at Winnacunnet, Friday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m. - Manchester Memorial at Spaulding, Friday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m. - **Bedford at Concord, Saturday, Oct. 14, 1 p.m.:** The Bulldogs have won four out of five all-time meetings with the Crimson Tide, with Concord's lone winning coming in 2013. ## Week 8 ### South/West Cluster - Bishop Guertin at Alvirne, Friday, Oct. 20, 7 p.m. - Timberlane at Merrimack, Friday, Oct. 20, 7 p.m. - **Londonderry at Nashua South, Friday, Oct. 20, 7 p.m.:** This season marks the 20th anniversary of the last championship for a unified Nashua High School, which beat Londonderry 15-0 in 1997 to win the Division I title. - Nashua North at Salem, Friday, Oct. 20, 7 p.m. - **Pinkerton at Keene, Friday, Oct. 20, 7 p.m.:** The Astros will be making just their second trip to Keene in the last 30-plus years, the first of which came in the 2013 Division I semifinals. ### North/East Cluster - Concord at Portsmouth, Friday, Oct. 20, 7 p.m. - Winnacunnet at Manchester Central, Friday, Oct. 20, 7 p.m. - **Exeter at Manchester Memorial, Friday, Oct. 20, 7 p.m.:** Exeter won the last meeting in 2014, which snapped a four-game winning streak for Memorial. The Crusaders have gone 1-20 since, while the Blue Hawks have played in the last two title games. - Spaulding at Goffstown, Saturday, Oct. 21, 1:30 p.m. - Dover at Bedford, Saturday, Oct. 21, 5 p.m. ## Week 9 ### South/West Cluster - **Salem at Londonderry, Friday, Oct. 27, 7 p.m.:** A rivalry game to end the regular season. Since losing to the Lancers in the finale of the 2014 season, the Blue Devils have won two straight and three of four overall. - Keene at Nashua North, Friday, Oct. 27, 7 p.m. - **Pinkerton at Merrimack, Friday, Oct. 27, 7 p.m.:** The Astros might have this one marked on their calendar after falling to the Tomahawks 68-29 last season. - Alvirne at Timberlane, Friday, Oct. 27, 7 p.m. - **Bishop Guertin at Nashua South, Saturday, Oct. 28, 1 p.m.:** A game that could have a huge impact on the postseason, the Cardinals have won three in a row against the Panthers. ### North/East Cluster - **Manchester Central at Bedford, Friday, Oct. 27, 7 p.m.:** Depending on how things shake out this season, there could be playoff implications in this game. - Winnacunnet at Spaulding, Friday, Oct. 27, 7 p.m. - Goffstown at Manchester Memorial, Friday, Oct. 27, 7 p.m. - **Portsmouth at Dover, Friday, Oct. 27, 7 p.m.:** This game could be for a playoff spot, depending on how these two teams, with postseason hopes, perform this season. - Exeter at Concord, Friday, Oct. 27, 7 p.m. ## Playoffs - **Quarterfinals:** Saturday, Nov. 4, at the higher seed - **Semifinals:** Saturday, Nov. 11, at the higher seed - **Final:** Saturday, Nov. 18, at the University of New Hampshire
