  • Merrimack Valley wins the tiebreaker with Kingswood thanks to a head-to-head victory.
  • Coe-Brown wins the tiebreaker with Goffstown thanks to a better rating against tournament teams.
  • Kennett gets the final playoff spot because it has a better rating than Laconia and Milford, thanks to its win over Division I Spaulding.
