Note: With the NHIAA’s 70-percent rule in place for the postseason, Division II will have 16 teams. These are not official pairings.

  • Hollis Brookline wins the tiebreaker with Pelham thanks to a better rating against tournament teams.
  • Goffstown wins the tiebreaker with Hanover thanks to a head-to-head victory.
  • Laconia (5-7, 1.6667) wins the three-way tiebreaker with Pembroke (5-8, 1.5385) and Windham (3-8, 1.0909) thanks to a better rating against tournament teams.
  • Pembroke wins the tiebreaker with Windham thanks to a better rating against tournament.
  • John Stark wins the tiebreaker with Merrimack Valley thanks to a head-to-head victory.
  • Coe-Brown wins the tiebreaker with Souhegan thanks to a head-to-head victory.
