Tiebreakers
- Alvirne has the No. 2 seed over Pinkerton thanks to the quality of wins against tournament opponents tiebreaker.
- Winnacunnet holds the head-to-head tiebreaker with Manchester Central.
- Five teams are currently tied for the final four spots, with Salem and Nashua North coming out on top for a better rating against tournament teams. Salem holds the head-to-head tiebreaker with North, so the Blue Devils would be ninth and the Titans 10th. Merrimack would be 11th because of a better rating against tournament teams, and Dover gets the final spot over Exeter based on more road wins than the Blue Hawks.
First-round byes: The top four seeds get a bye into the quarterfinals.
