# Bracketology: Division I boys basketball (Feb. 17)

It’s a little more than two weeks until the start of the boys basketball postseason in New Hampshire, so here is a look at where each team stands and who is in and who is out in Division I.

*Note: With the NHIAA’s new 70-percent rule in place for the postseason, Division I boys basketball will have 13 playoff teams. Standings based off results reported to NHIAA.org and other media outlets.*

### Division I

**Tiebreakers**

- Winnacunnet wins the tiebreaker with Merrimack thanks to a better rating against tournament teams.
- Salem wins the three-way tiebreaker with Nashua North and Alvirne. Salem and North have a better rating against tournament teams than Alvirne, and Salem holds a head-to-head win over North. Alvirne then wins the tiebreaker with North thanks to a head-to-head win.
