# Bishop Guertin boys, Nashua North girls tops at D1 swim meet

The Bishop Guertin High School boys swim team won its third straight Division I title on Saturday, besting the Nashua North boys at the University of New Hampshire.

The Cardinals [recorded 245 1/2 points](http://www.concordmonitor.com/article/239935/record-returns?ref=nh-highschoolsports.com) to the Titans' 216 points, the third straight year North has finished as the runner-up to Bishop Guertin. Bedford, in its first year in Division I, finished third with 198 points.

On the girls side, Nashua North [won its first Division I title since 2008](http://www.fosters.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20110213/GJSPORTS%5F01/702139921/-1/FOSSPORTS03&ref=nh-highschoolsports.com) and the second in school history after finishing second the last two years. The Titans recorded 185 1/2 points to finish ahead of Bedford (171) and Dover (165).
