In the end, we're almost right back [where we started](https://www.nh-highschoolsports.com/bishop-guertin-edges-bedford-for-top-spot-in-inaugural-nhhssports-girls-lacrose-coaches-poll/).

With the season in the books, the final NHHSSports Girls Lacrosse Coaches Poll is out and it looks a lot like what the voters had going into the season, as the top six teams are in the same spot in the final as they were in the first poll.

Bishop Guertin went wire-to-wire in the top spot - although some weeks were closer than others - and after winning the Division I championship, the Cardinals end the year with the No. 1 position in the poll. Bedford, which was the runner-up in D1, held the No. 2 spot for the entire season.

Portsmouth, which won its fifth straight Division II title and will move up to D1 next season, moved back up to No. 3 while Pinkerton, which lost to Bedford in the D1 semifinals, dropped one spot to No. 4\. Souhegan, which fell in the other D1 semi to Bishop Guertin, remained at No. 5.

Hollis Brookline, which was the runner-up in D2, came in at No. 6 while Hopkinton, after rallying to beat Bow in the Division III final, jumped into the poll and finished at No. 7\. Londonderry fell in the D1 quarterfinals to Bedford and finished No. 8 in the poll.

Nashua South, after falling to Souhegan in the D1 quarters, came in at No. 9, while Bow, the D3 runner-up, and Windham, which lost to Portsmouth in the D2 semis, tied for the 10th spot.
