The top-seeded Cardinals, who improved to 15-0 with the win, took four of six singles matches to pull out the win.
BG will take on No. 5 Londonderry (11-4), which defeated No. 4 Manchester Memorial 7-2, in the Class L semifinals at 4 p.m. on Friday in Nashua.
Class I
The Hollis/Brookline girls saw their season come to an end on Wednesday in a 5-2 loss to No. 2 St. Thomas Aquinas. The No. 7 Cavaliers (10-5) got two singles wins, while the Saints (14-1) advance to face No. 3 Portsmouth (14-1) in the semifinals.
No. 4 Bedford also advanced to the semifinals with an 8-1 win over Kearsarge. The Bulldogs will face top-seed Bishop Brady (15-0) on Friday.
