# Bedford back in final after beating Portsmouth

The Bedford High School boys tennis team won its 33rd consecutive match Thursday, [beating Portsmouth](http://www.seacoastonline.com/articles/20110527-SPORTS-105270404?ref=nh-highschoolsports.com) 7-2 in the Division II semifinals.

The win puts the Bulldogs in position for their second straight undefeated season, as No. 1 Bedford will face No. 2 Hanover in the championship match on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Memorial Field in Concord.

Bedford (16-0) won five of six singles matches to wrap up the win early, including an 8-2 win from Mark HoSang in the No. 1 match.

The Bulldogs played Hanover (15-1) in the regular season, and won that match 6-3, for their closest win of the season.
