Around the Granite State: Wednesday's Roundup (video)

The Hollis Brookline High School girls lacrosse team remained undefeated Wednesday, picking up a 17-6 win over Nashua South at Stellos Stadium.

Kelsey Sweeney and Tasha White each had four goals and two assists for the Cavaliers (7-0 in Division II) while Paisley Broadhurst added three goals. Abbey Magnuszewski scored twice for HB while Victoria Bruzik, Sydney Reichard, Ellie Maxwell and Rachel Cerato had a goal apiece.

Caroline Smith, Reagan Berry and Nicole Heiter played well defensively while Olivia Valentine made eight saves.

Derryfield 11, Campbell 5

Lucy Licata led the Cougars with five goals - including the 100th of her high school career - and had two assists.

Olivia Strong added three goals and three assists while Sophie Brandt, Maggie Cissel and Sydney Socha (assist) had a goal apiece. Jess Carr added an assist while playing well defensively.

Shawna Lesmerises made nine saves while Karla Meschkat, Charlotte Rohlfs, Lauren MacLean and Emmy Plage also played well for Derryfield (7-1).

Pinkerton 16, Souhegan 10

Lauren Lisauskas had five goals and three assists, and recorded her 200th career point, as the Astros beat the Sabers on Tuesday.

Lilly Auger (two assists) and Zoe Howe (assist) added three goals each while Madison Daziel and Kiley Davis had two goals and an assist apiece. Abby Jowett had a goal and two assists and Hailey Peredna recorded an assist.

Dani Martineau made five saves and Lauren Sweeney had one for Pinkerton (10-1).

Boys Lacrosse

Coe-Brown 3, Pembroke 2

Zach Sheehan made 16 saves to help lead the Bears (3-4) to their third win of the year.

Jack Cinquegrano had two goals and two assists and Aaron Bono also scored for Coe-Brown. Dominic Cronshaw added an assist.

John Stark 15, Spaulding 4

Peyton Marden helped the Generals (4-4) to the win with a goal and eight assists.

Cam Fortin had five goals and an assist while Kayden Easter added three goals and Aiden Moser had two goals and two assists.

Logan Beliveau, Bowdyn Egner and Owen Jones had a goal apiece.

Goffstown 12, Alvirne 6

The Grizzlies (7-4) got out to a 6-1 lead and cruised past the Broncos.

Nick Mason led the way with three goals and an assist and Griffin Cook added two scores. Konnaugh Donovan and Eric Lacerte had a goal and an assist each while Andrew McCarthy, Eric Dubois, John Erwin, Matt Fleming and Kyle Auger had a goal apiece.

Austin Taylor added an assist and Grady Chretien made five saves.

Nashua South 15, Salem 1

Joe Bodi had a big game for the Panthers, scoring three goals and handing out three assists.

Griffin Johnson and Nate Campbell had two goals and two assists each while Drew Fleury had two goals and an assist and Brad Deitrich scored twice.

Jaden Murphy had a goal and three assists while Joe Buturla, Jaiden Dupont and Aiden Walsh had a goal and an assist each. Dupont was also 13 of 16 on faceoffs.

Dominic Pasquale made three saves and Ethan Johnson had two for South.

Campbell 15, Milford 2

The Spartans (2-6) fell at home to the Cougars. Riley O'Shaughnessy and Ryan Cavanaugh had a goal apiece for Milford while Kyle Forsley made 13 saves.
