Around the Granite State: Wednesday's Roundup
Quinn Silvio and Chili Cabot each had three goals and an assist Wednesday to help lead the Derryfield School boys lacrosse team to a 13-9 win over Hollis Brookline.
Tate Flint added two goals and three assists for the Cougars (8-2, No. 6 in the NHHSSports Coaches Poll), while Liam Canty had two goals and a helper. Alex Murray had a goal and two assists and John Kramer had two assists while RJ Proulx and Max Fowler each had a goal.
HB (3-8) got three goals from Tommy Anderson and two goals from Jacob Roy.
No. 3 Portsmouth 14, Windham 6
Dylan Roelofs had four goals and an assist to lead the Clippers (10-1) past the Jaguars.
Zac Amend added three goals and two assists while Dom Maldari also scored three goals and had one helper. Keigen Delisle had a goal and two assists and Mike O'Neil had a goal and an assist
James Buchan also had a goal for Portsmouth and Nick Smith had a goal and two assists while going 20 of 23 on faceoffs.
Windham got two goals each from Michael O'Connor and Drew Denton while Alex Ryan had a goal and an assist. Jackson Milano made six saves.
Campbell 17, Milford 4
The Spartans got 11 saves from James Brew and Luca DeRosa was solid on defense, but the Cougars were able to come out on top.
Logan Barnhill had two goals for Milford while Harris Jones added a goal and Tyler Descoteaux had his first varsity goal. Jack Seale added an assist.
Laconia 6, Trinity 3
The Sachems bounced back from a loss with a gritty road win over the Pioneers.
J.P. Harriman had two goals for Laconia while Carson Tucker had a goal and two assists and Cole Roy had a goal and a helper. Evan Rollins also scored and Cam Harriman was solid in goal.
Girls Lacrosse
Dover 11, Oyster River-Newmarket 10
Payton Denning had two goals and two assists to help the Green Wave pull out a win over the Bobcats.
Ari Bowdon, Sam Dyer and Molly Goodridge also had two goals apiece. Dani Young and Julia Rowey each added a goal and an assist.
Rylen Gray also scored for Dover and Maggie Berry made nine saves.
No. 10 Hopkinton 19, Derryfield 10
Lilly Handwerk had three goals and an assist to lead the Cougars, but it wasn't enough against the Hawks.
Hailey Ramundo also scored three goals while Casey Benson scored twice. Lilly Losey, Christine Nadeau and Mia Dudley also had a goal apiece.
Lily Kfoury made 12 saves in goal while Sophie Rose Rioppel, Kenzie Miller, Alex Benson, Sarah Naje and Meg Lautieri also played well.
Boys Volleyball

The Cavaliers came up short against the Jaguars, as game scores were 25-15, 25-20 and 25-19.
Aidan Norris had six kill and John Sommer had five for HB (7-2). Ethan Norris recorded 16 assists, two aces and eight digs while Bradley Noble had two blocks and eight digs.
