Around the Granite State: Tuesday's Roundup
The Windham High School boys lacrosse team needed almost all of overtime, but was able to grab a 7-6 win over Hollis Brookline Tuesday in Division II action.
Noah Rust led the Jaguars (3-0) with two goals and two assists, while Tyler Folsom (one assist) and Leo Piandes had two goals apiece. PJ Marsh also scored and Jake Rust added an assist for Windham.
Garrett Moloney made 11 saves for HB (2-1).
Girls Lacrosse
Souhegan 17, Nashua South 2
Taylor Clark had a big game for the Sabers, scoring six goals and picking up two assists to help Souhegan improve to 4-0 on the year.
Savannah Behn added five goals and Abby Cranney scored three times and had an assist. Clare Woodford chipped in two goals and an assist while Abby Hawkes had a goal and O'Neill Galinson had three assists. Alex LaBrosse made four saves for the Sabers.
South (0-3) got two goals from Sarah Signorello and Abby Rowe made six saves.
