Around the Granite State: Tuesday's Roundup
The Bishop Guertin High School boys lacrosse team grabbed a lead in the first quarter and held off Duxbury (Mass.) for a 16-11 win on Tuesday at Lasell College in Auburndale, Mass.
Dawson Clark and Ben Abladian had four goals and two assists apiece and Sean Cameron scored three goals and had four assists as the Cardinals (14-2, No. 1 in the NHHSS Coaches Poll) won their seventh in a row.
Chris Kiely added two goals and an assist and Alex Koutsos had a goal and two assists while James Heitmiller made 12 saves. Joey Lupo also had a goal and an assist and TJ Quigley added a goal.
Goffstown 16, ConVal 2
The Grizzlies (11-4, ARV) finished off their regular-season schedule with a win over the Cougars.
Konnaugh Donovan led the way with two goals and two assists while Griffin Cook and Eric Dubois also had a pair of goals each.
Nick Mason, Eric Lacerte and Julian Kilgore each had a goal and an assist while Austin Taylor, Alex McCarthy, Andrew McCarthy, Gabe Sibulkin, Matt Fleming, John Erwin and Josh Beegan had a goal each.
Grady Chretien made two saves and Alex McCarthy, Andrew McCarthy and Erwin combined to win 13 of 18 faceoffs.
ConVal (2-9) got a goal each from Jaden Smith and Liam Denehy while Jason Bergeron made 11 saves.
John Stark 12, Pembroke 2
The Generals (7-5) beat the Spartans to pick up their third straight win, as Cam Fortin scored five goals to lead the way.
Peyton Marden had two goals and three assists and Kayden Easter also scored twice. Brandon Destefano had a goal and an assist while Owen Jones and Logan Beliveau also had a goal each.

Hollis Brookline 22, Kingswood 3
The Cavaliers (12-1) bounced back from their first loss with a big win over the Knights.
Kelsey Sweeney led the way with five goals and two assists while Paisley Broadhurst added four goals and two assists. Tasha White and Abbey Magnuszewski each had three goals and Rachel Cerato added a pair of scores.
Victoria Bruzki, Meghan Veino, Brooke Allanach and Sydney Speir scored a goal apiece. Caroline Smith, Reagan Berry, Ellie Maxwell and Nichol Heiter played well defensively in front of goalie Olivia Valentine.
Pinkerton 18, Salem 3
The Astros (16-1) won their 13th game in a row behind four goals and two assists from Lauren Lisauskas.
Lilly Auger also had three goals and three assists and Madison Daziel scored three goals and had two assists. Zoe Howe (two assists), Kiley Davis (assist), Abbey Jowett and Courtney Lamphere also had two goals apiece.
Dani Martineau made three saves for Pinkerton.
Souhegan 17, Manchester Central 12
The Little Green fell to 6-7 on the season with a loss against the Sabers.
Ryleigh Cavanaugh had five goals and an assist while Katelyn Parker added three goals and a helper. Emma Dudley and Meg Harris each had a goal and an assist while Emily Ahern and Olivia McCambly added a goal apiece.
Kasey Kfoury made 11 saves and Sophia Leonard had an assist while Summer Descoteaux, Katie Delaney and Hannah Schneiderman played well.
