Around the Granite State: Thursday's Roundup (video)

Nate Campbell scored four goals as the Nashua High School South boys lacrosse team picked up an 8-2 win over Manchester Central-Memorial on Thursday.

Griffin Johnson had two goals and two assists for the Panthers (3-1, No. 6 in the NHHSSports Coaches Poll) and Connor Rowsell had a goal and two assists. Brady Swisher also scored while Rhett Medling and Cody Goode had two assists each.

Ethan Johnson made six saves for South and Brady McGadden had two.

No. 9 Concord 15, Nashua North 5

The Crimson Tide (2-2) got four goals and an assist from Colin Nelson in a win over the Titans.

Read Merrill added three goals and an assist and Parker Savoy had two goals and two assists while Dan O'Brien dished out five assists.

Joey Tarbell also had two goals and three assists while Matt O'Rourke, Zan Alberici, Edward O'Sullivan and Reece Reedenauer had a goal each. Colby Bettens and Liam Dooley played well in goal for Concord.

Girls Lacrosse

No. 5 Windham 9, Hanover 8

The Jaguars improved to 5-0 on the season by holding off the Bears.

Cali Behling and Maria Killian each had three goals to lead Windham. Sophia Ponzini added two goals and Cecelia Ponzini also scored. Annie Mitchell made 11 saves for Windham.

Lia Naughton ad Kali McDonnell each had two goals for Hanover (1-1) while Caroline Adams, Sadie Higgins, Maeva Lee and Mia Madden had a goal apiece.
