Ella Barrett had three goals and an assist Tuesday to lead the Souhegan High School field hockey team to a 6-1 win over Hollis Brookline.

Chloe Luongo added two assists and McKenzie Berry, Ari Goulet and Brook Fallon each had a goal for the Sabers (3-0, No. 5 in the NHHSSports Coaches Poll). Alice Jordan also had an assist and Annie Raduazzo made four saves.

HB (1-2) got a goal from Sabrina Hill, off an assist from Bella Haytayan. Rae Kline made 13 saves for the Cavs.

Each team scored in the first eight minutes of the game and it stayed tied 1-1 into halftime. HB opened the second half with one of its five penalty corners and came close to taking the lead before Souhegan's Sophia Merenda cleared the ball out of the circle.

That started the Sabers on a break the other way, with Barrett finishing it off to give Souhegan a lead it wouldn't let up.
