Around the Granite State: Plymouth field hockey gets win over Manchester (video)
Here are results from Tuesday's high school field hockey action.
MANCHESTER - The Plymouth Regional High School field hockey team scored a goal in each quarter Tuesday night to come away with a 4-0 win over Manchester.
Harper Hesser, Serena McKenney, Jill Rubbe and Amelia Shushansky each had a goal for the Bobcats (7-4-1) while Aaliyah Muzzy, Lexi Joyce and Lila Guilbert recorded an assist apiece.
Sofie Loya and Caisyn Bryde combined to make 12 saves for Manchester (2-12).
No. 2 Souhegan 6, ConVal o
The Sabers picked up a road win over the Cougars, getting two goals and an assist each from Ella Russell and Mariellah Dart.
Eme Godin also scored twice for Souhegan (11-0-2) while Ori Dart had two assists and Bella Preston also had a helper. Liv Harrison finished with one save.
Hollis Brookline 1, Oyster River 0
The Cavaliers improved to 6-5-2 on the season with a road win over the Bobcats.
Molly Wertheimer scored the game's only goal for HB and Maddie Barich recorded four saves.
Milford 2, Pembroke 0
The Spartans got a goal and an assist from Charlotte Dutton to get the win over the Spartans.
Paige Bernier also scored for Milford (4-8-1) while Calleigh Krycki also had an assist. Angelina Waller, Lily Webster and Nadia Dutton played well in the win and Norah Cardin finished with six saves.
