Taylor found the back of the cage off an assist from Makayla Strickulis just 59 seconds in and the Grizzlies withstood a second-half full of pressure from the Little Green. Central-West had a 13-1 advantage in penalty corners, including 12-0 in the second half.
Jaiden Lacerte and Maddie Sage combined to make three saves for Goffstown while Megan Diers had a save for Central-West.
Concord 2, Bedford 0
The Crimson Tide improved to 7-0-1 on the season, ending the six-game win streak for the Bulldogs (6-2).
Jordan Cromwell and Kait McKinnon each scored for Concord.
Bishop Guertin 4, Nashua South 0
The Cardinals (3-1) scored in the final minute of the first half to break a scoreless tie and pulled away from the Panthers in the third quarter.
Rylee Bouvier had two goals for Bishop Guertin while Stephanie Coulombe and Brooke Yabrough had a goal apiece. Lindsay Hult added an assist.
Courtney Tello made 24 saves for South (2-4-1).

Maddi O'Hare scored two goals and had an assist to lead the Jaguars (5-) to the win.
Cameron Livingstone and Ava Sanchez also had a goal apiece while Sophia Ponzini had an assist.

The Cardinals picked up a sweep over the Pioneers by scores of 25-17, 25-9 and 25-10.
Caroline Sullivan had three aces, three kills and 10 assists for Bishop Guertin while Julie Foster had five aces, six digs and 16 assists and Maddy Keating recorded four aces, five kills and four digs.
